fix(fusion_clock): dashboard uses full page width + owns its scroll container
Drop the 1200px centred cap (wasted side space) and make .fclk-dash height:100%; overflow-y:auto so tall content scrolls. Bump 3.14.0 -> 3.14.1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
