chore(shopfloor): bump to 19.0.33.1.1 for lock_session kiosk-xmlid fix

Browse Source 
Pure code change (no DB schema), but bumping the patch version
keeps repo manifest aligned with the deployed state so the next
-u doesn't no-op due to version match.
