feat(fusion_tasks): copy from Entech Plating, remove sync system

Forked fusion_tasks module into fusion-plating repo for EN Tech
delivery dispatch. Removed:
- models/task_sync.py (748 lines — cross-instance sync)
- views/task_sync_views.xml
- __pycache__ directories
