All btn-primary -> o_fp_btn_primary, btn-outline-secondary ->
o_fp_btn_secondary, large CTAs get o_fp_btn_lg modifier. Status
badges (text-bg-secondary/warning/info) left untouched - they're
auto-calculated chips not workflow states.
