Capture the operational knowledge from the fusion_portal assessment-visit deploys: the isolated _test addons-path clone-verify technique, the orphaned-tax-FK restore trap (and the proof that prod -u is safe without touching the orphans because Odoo skips a present FK), the backup/stage/swap/-u/cache-bust deploy flow with restart gating, the surgical branch->main merge for branches that predate other merges, and a fusion_portal module note (ENTERPRISE-only; visit funding-grouping architecture).
