Build maintenance INTO fusion_repairs (engine ~90% already there): per-category policy (interval + flat fee, product override); fix the dead contract-spawn trigger for new sales + a one-time idempotent backfill of the existing install base (lifts + fusion_claims wheelchairs); technician-aware self-serve booking on fusion_tasks availability (NO Enterprise appointment) creating a technician task; structured maintenance visit log + inspection cert for lifts; office follow-up crons; cost shown to client.
